Licensed Therapists & Specialists

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Full Package (2 sessions): $1,850

Sliding Scale
We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are offered based on availability and are typically held by our associate therapists or interns. Please let us know during your consultation if you’d like to be considered for a sliding scale rate.


Insurance & Reimbursement
At Reconnect, we are primarily a private-pay practice. This allows us to offer more personalized care, greater flexibility, and a deeper therapeutic relationship—without the constraints of insurance limitations.

We are currently in-network with Optum/United Healthcare and Aetna. If you have coverage with one of these plans, we’re happy to explore whether your sessions may be partially or fully covered. Please let us know during your consultation, and we’ll help guide you through next steps.

For all other clients, we are considered an out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill (receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Be sure to check with your provider to confirm out-of-network mental health benefits.

Many of our clients choose to invest in private-pay therapy for the added privacy, freedom, and depth it offers—especially when doing work that’s relational, cultural, or integrative in nature.
How We Handle Payment
All clients are required to keep a credit or debit card on file. Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through our electronic health record system. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Apple Pay.


Missed Sessions
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (or missed without notice) will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps us honor your time, your therapist’s time, and the therapy process.
